Purpose

The Continuous Improvement Register records opportunities to improve the quality, safety and effectiveness of services provided by Bodyfocus Wellness Centre. It provides a central record of improvement activities, actions implemented and outcomes achieved, supporting ongoing organisational learning and quality improvement.

Management is responsible for maintaining the Continuous Improvement Register. The register is stored within the organisation's governance records and is reviewed periodically, following significant incidents, complaints, audits or organisational changes, and as part of management review and continuous improvement activities.

When is this register used?

A new entry should be created whenever an opportunity for organisational improvement is identified.

Improvement opportunities may arise from:

  • Incident investigations

  • Hazard reporting

  • Complaints or feedback

  • Internal or external audits

  • Workplace inspections

  • Staff suggestions

  • Legislative or regulatory changes

  • Policy or procedure reviews

  • Management review activities

  • Service delivery reviews

The register is intended to capture improvements that strengthen organisational systems, reduce risk or improve the quality of services provided.
