Purpose
The Emergency Evacuation Drill Register records emergency evacuation drills conducted by Bodyfocus Wellness Centre. The register provides a record of drill activities, participant involvement, identified issues and improvement actions, supporting emergency preparedness and workplace health and safety compliance.
Management is responsible for maintaining the Emergency Evacuation Drill Register. The register is stored within the organisation's governance records and is reviewed periodically, following emergency evacuation drills, changes to emergency procedures or workplace layouts, and as part of workplace health and safety review activities.
When is this register used?
A new entry should be created each time an emergency evacuation drill is conducted.
