Nick Spence

Nick combines a background in sports and exercise science with a Master's in Physiotherapy to help people recover from sports and musculoskeletal injuries, improve movement and return confidently to work, exercise and everyday activities. He has a particular interest in sports injuries, strength and conditioning, and helping people build resilience through targeted rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Alongside working with active individuals and recreational athletes, Nick also enjoys helping older adults improve mobility, manage pain and maintain independence through movement. His focus is on practical, exercise-based treatment strategies that support healthy ageing and long-term physical wellbeing.

About Me


Outside the clinic, Nick enjoys staying active through touch football, weightlifting and golf. His own interest in movement and exercise shapes his approach to physiotherapy and reinforces his belief that staying active plays an important role in long-term health and wellbeing.
