Sophie is part of the welcoming reception team at Bodyfocus and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive. With almost a decade of experience in customer service, she takes pride in providing accurate information, assisting with appointments and creating a positive experience for every patient.

About Me

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending time with her husband and Lily, their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She loves travelling, competing in Hyrox and running events, and has a long-standing passion for horses, having previously worked in the horse racing industry before beginning her career in travel and customer service.

Experience

Before joining Bodyfocus, Sophie spent nine years working in customer service and sales, including eight years in the travel industry. Her background in communication, organisation and customer care helps ensure patients feel welcomed, informed and well supported throughout their visit.
