Christine combines a background in exercise physiology and exercise science with a passion for helping people improve their strength, mobility and confidence through evidence-based exercise. She works with people recovering from injury, managing chronic health conditions or looking to improve their long-term health, creating individualised programs that support lasting results and help people return confidently to work, sport and everyday life.
Having experienced significant injuries requiring rehabilitation herself, Christine understands the physical and mental challenges of recovery and brings empathy, encouragement and practical coaching to every patient she works with.

About Me
Outside the clinic, Christine enjoys strength training, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of the outdoors. She has competed in bodybuilding competitions, giving her firsthand experience in structured training, nutrition and performance, which helps her better understand the commitment required to achieve long-term health and fitness goals.
Christine believes movement is one of the most powerful forms of medicine. Her coaching style is supportive, practical and goal-focused, helping people build confidence, develop sustainable habits and enjoy being active. She is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure her patients receive evidence-based care that reflects current best practice in exercise physiology.
