At Assembly Area A5, account for evacuated occupants and identify anyone missing or requiring assistance.

Report the evacuation status to RHTC emergency personnel, including the smoke hazard, unchecked rooms, the unaccounted-for staff member and the patient requiring mobility assistance.

Remain at the assembly area unless directed otherwise. Do not re-enter the building until emergency services or RHTC emergency personnel have authorised re-entry.
