Our response to keeping you safe
For our team and our many loyal patients, the circumstances we find ourselves in today, compared to only a few short weeks ago, are not far from unrecognisable.
A major part of what we do as therapists is keep you on track to recovery, enabling you to achieve your health goals.
This time has brought unprecedented challenges for us all - here are just some of the things we are doing to ensure that we are able to be here for you.
NEW Online Therapy and Group Exercise Classes
Our Private Health, WorkCover and NDIS approved platform lets us come to you. Either one-on-one with your therapist or join a clinical exercise class and connect with other members, we're ready to come to you when you can't come to us.
Continued in Clinic services - with a difference
We are committed to being here for you in person and face to face whenever you need. Keeping you and our staff safe is more important than ever. This is what you can expect:
Health screenings the morning of your appointment - we'll call you to make sure we're ok to go ahead with your session
Increased hygiene measures on top of our already stringent routine
You will be asked to attend your appointment alone (unless you need an interpreter or parent to attend)
We are also asking patients to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment - we will seat you in your own private treatment room
Lastly, please bring your own towel
Physio and EP as an Essential Service
Federal Minister for Health, The Hon Greg Hunt has confirmed that ALL allied health businesses can and should continue working and are encouraged to do so, as face to face services for many remain vital. Our staff have all completed the Australian Government Department of Health COVID-19 Infection Control Training and we are following all available advice from the Australian Physiotherapy Association, ESSA and the NSW Government.
Our entire team is here if you need to chat - therapists included. Call us today to work out the best possible treatment plan for you.
