Camo pants make a long-awaited return to fitness fashion trends

One of the most important roles that we play is the transfer of knowledge and experience from our qualified training staff to new members and those needing help.

Most of our memberships include a full diet analysis, fitness assessment, exercise program, and follow ups on a regular basis.

We have found that most new members are lacking some motivation, and we take it on ourselves to help as much as we can.

MEET YOUR TRAINERS
Stewart - Email Stew
Stewart has worked in New Zealand and Australia, specialising in new members and those who are getting started again after a long break from
exercise.

Stewart, who is the centre owner, is also a member of the BodyPump, BodyCombat, and REVs teams. (Watch out, he likes to pick on class members!)

Phil - Email Phil
Phil brings to Bodyfocus an energetic, fresh attitude, and is very helpful if you are just starting out with us for the first time. He is a hugely popular Personal Trainer available by appointment only! Phil enjoys a good game of Mixed Ne
tball, as we all do!

Mat
Our newest trainer at Bodyfocus, Mat is also available for Personal One-on-One sessions. You'll also see him on the Box'n Burn classes whipping up a storm!  Mat insists on spelling his name with only one 'T', which is the unisex version of the name Matt. Interesting but true.

Sjaan - Email Sjaan
Sjaan specialises in customer service, as well as covering a lot of the administrative duties at the centre. She is available for Personal Training by appointment, and you can also book Sjaan for your regular program updates. Sjaan has appeared in many Hollywood blockbusters as Katie Holmes's double.

Trina - Email Trina
Trina has recently joined us from the land of the long white cloud. Our chief membership consultant, contact her for any new membership requests and to book your first session with us. Also a member of our Personal Training team, Trina has won Bodybuilding physique contests at a National Level!
Trina is apparantly not short for Katrina. Please feel free to call her Katrina.

Holly - Email Holly
Holly is our membership co-ordinater. Any questions with regard to memberships details can be directed to Holly through the email link above.
Holly also runs our Kids Disco, which pops up every couple of months. She loves to wear the instructors microphone. It makes her 3 foot taller.
