Classes listed in RED are "intro"
classes. These are designed for 1st timers, but are suitable for
all!
All classes are for
1 hour duration, except for Revolution cycling which lasts for
approximately 50 minutes.
BOX
'N BURN
Our own Fit Boxing
circuit class, incorporating boxing bags, mitts, gloves, together
with cardio stations that make for a sweaty, full body workout
you'll become addicted to!
BODYBALANCE
is the yoga, tai
chi, and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong,
centered and calm.
It's your personal "time out" from the
stress and strains of daily life
BODYCOMBAT incorporates
elements of traditional martial arts, including Tai Chi, Karate and
Kick Boxing. A Kick-ass class that will get everything moving!
BODYATTACK
focuses on basic moves, there's no weights
or steps just full on action. Attack your fat cells now. Not
recommended for beginners, unless you're prepared to work hard!
BODYPUMP
is a resistance exercise class using bars
with interchangeable weights designed for both men and women. It is
the fastest way in the universe to change your body!
BODYSTEP
is an intense full body workout,
incorporating simple step routines at an advanced level.
Revolution
/ REVS
(I, A) Bodyfocus's own cycling class
"REVS", has major fat burning and fitness benefits,
without the impact. Don't be fooled though, no impact doesn't mean
no sweat! Be prepared for 50 minutes of cycling at its best.
It is always advisable to check with staff before beginning
classes, not just for times and availability, but also for
suitability. Cut down on your use of plastic bags and help save our
planet
